Extent selection guide

Brochure – a quick introduction

Recommended for general distribution and high-attendance promotions. It is quick to produce with economical design and print costs.
Choose a standard half fold or a Z/roll fold. DL works especially well for folded leaflets; we recommend A5 or A4 for a half fold.
Stock: normally 130 or 150 gsm coated paper, or 200–250 gsm for a more substantial result.
Production takes 2–5 business days depending on quantity; a shorter urgent lead time may be available.

Structured multi-page publication

An informative marketing tool for events and promotions where readers want more detail. We recommend 8–12 pages, ideally in A5 or A4.
Portrait is the usual format, but the calculator also supports landscape versions.
A separate cover stock is not essential; coated papers from 130 to 200 gsm can provide an excellent result throughout.
Production takes 3–6 business days depending on quantity; a shorter urgent lead time may be available.

Detailed brochure

This is a substantial printed marketing tool for detailed product or company presentations.
A typical extent is 16–24 pages, although longer publications are common when well-planned content and imagery need room to work.
Portrait is the usual format, but the calculator also supports landscape versions.
A finished cover adds real value here and is normally heavier than the text paper.
Production takes 3–6 business days depending on quantity and extent.

Catalogue

A catalogue of more than 32 pages, typically A4, is an effective working tool for presenting a large product range or comprehensive professional content.
For easy page turning, we recommend 130–150 gsm text pages and a finished cover of at least 250 gsm.
Catalogues can generally be saddle stitched up to about 52 pages; above this we recommend perfect binding.
Production takes 4–7 business days depending on quantity, extent and binding; a shorter urgent lead time may be available.

How does a corporate brochure support sales?

A brochure works when it guides and holds a prospective customer’s attention consistently. Thoughtful page order, coherent branding and quality production make information easier to absorb and support the sales team. This is how we approach both design and production.

Which extent and folding method should I choose?

For a short introduction, choose a four-page or folded brochure. For detailed content, a multi-page saddle-stitched publication is more practical. The available text and images also matter—tell us the goal and we will advise you.

Can I supply my own artwork or request design?

If you have a print-ready publication (for example, a PDF), you can send it through our artwork upload page. If you do not yet have finished artwork, we will design the brochure from your text, images and brand assets. You can review it before production.

How can I receive the finished publications?

Collect the finished brochures from customer service or request delivery. Quoted lead times cover production; allow one additional business day for delivery.

What happens after I place my order?

We send an automatic order confirmation, then a colleague contacts you with the details within a few business hours. We check page order and artwork, request corrections or complete the design as needed, and notify you when the publications are ready for collection or delivery.
