Banner for close viewing

In a shop, beside a counter, at an entrance or smaller event, a compact banner between 100 × 50 and 150 × 100 cm can work well. Close viewers can absorb more information, so services, contact details or a QR code may accompany the main message. Keep details in a clear order so the offer remains easy to scan in seconds.

Banner for medium-distance viewing

On a fence, in front of a building or at an event, a wider banner around 200–300 × 80–120 cm usually provides suitable presence. At this distance, use a short message, larger logo, strong contrast and little supporting information. A landscape format suits fences and rails, while hemming and eyelets allow secure tensioning.

Banner recognisable from a distance

For a sports field, stage, hall or large outdoor area, consider a longer surface around 300–500 × 100–150 cm. Centre the design on one short message, large logo or recognisable brand element, as small details and long text disappear at distance. Installation height, viewing distance and fixing area together determine the right size.

 How should you transport and store the banner?
Do not fold the banner because creases can damage the print. We supply it rolled and recommend transporting and storing it rolled until installation.

 How should you secure the banner safely?
Secure every eyelet with even tension so wind does not overload one point. Flexible outdoor fixings can help extend service life.

How can you stay visible from a distance?

A banner communicates your message clearly across a large area at an event, shop or outdoor location. The right size, strong visual hierarchy and readable lettering attract attention from a distance. We produce your banner precisely for a durable, confident display.

What lettering and artwork should I use on a banner?

Banners are usually viewed from farther away, so a short main message, strong contrast and large readable type work best. Match the amount of detail to the location and finished size.

Can I supply my own artwork or request design?

If you have print-ready artwork (for example, a PDF), you can send it through our artwork upload page. If you do not yet have artwork, we can create the banner to scale, checking image resolution, text readability and production allowances before sending the design for approval.

How and when can I receive the finished banner?

Collect the finished banner from customer service or request delivery. Production normally takes 2–3 business days, with an express option available. Lead times cover production; allow one additional business day for delivery.

What happens after I place my order?

We send an automatic order confirmation, then a colleague contacts you with the details within a few business hours. We check the dimensions and artwork, request approval if needed and begin production. We notify you when the banner is ready for collection or delivery.
