How can I place an order online?

Choose the product you need from the Products menu, then use the price calculator to calculate production. Select Add to cart at the bottom of the calculator and open the cart from the top of the page. Complete the order form and submit your order.

Can I order in person at customer service?

Accepted Answer

Yes, although our online ordering system is usually faster and more convenient. For an in-person order, customer service records your quote request or order details. Files cannot be transferred at customer service; send artwork through the Artwork Upload page or as an attachment to info@serverline.hu.

Question 3

I cannot find the invoice in the parcel…

Accepted Answer

The invoice is inside a DL promotional invoice holder placed beside the product in the parcel. If it has been misplaced or lost, contact us and we will send a copy.

Question 4

Can I wait while an urgent order is produced?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but we do not recommend it. Even the shortest lead time can be several working hours and depends on whether the artwork is suitable for printing. Inspection, design and production also follow the incoming work queue, so it is best to wait for our ready-for-collection notification.

Question 5

Can I collect my order from customer service?

Accepted Answer

Certainly. Customer service is open for collection Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Please note your selected payment method and, when paying in cash, bring the exact amount if possible.

Question 6

Can I request a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We particularly recommend a proof for larger print runs so potential issues can be identified before full production. Our proofing service connected to an order is free of charge.

Question 7

How can I pay by card?

Accepted Answer

After ordering, we first inspect or design the production artwork, so online card payment is not opened until that process is complete. Customer service does not have a card terminal; a colleague will send you a secure SimplePay payment link.

Question 8

The product was damaged during delivery…

Accepted Answer

Describe the problem in detail and attach at least two or three photographs of the damage. Our quality team needs the images to investigate the cause of the shipping or handling damage with the courier.
