Design and production
A clear calendar grid, generous writing area and restrained branding create the best balance. The printed sheets are glued to a rigid backing and fitted into a durable desk-pad holder. A3+ is compact enough for most desks; A2 gives the brand and notes more room.

Sizes and construction
We generally recommend A3+ for smaller desks and A2 when a generous writing area and stronger visual presence are required. The calendar normally contains 24 printed sheets, glued into a pad and mounted on a rigid backing. This construction keeps the pad flat and stable while individual sheets remain easy to remove.
Company colours, photographs, a logo and contact details can all be incorporated into the layout. The calendar overview should remain easy to read and the writing area should not be crowded. After artwork approval, the sheets and backing are printed, collated, glued and assembled into the finished product.
